Any interest in a monthly bibliography?

Keyboard kampaigner that I am perforce, I do have more time than many people to roam the Internet. As we ramp up to the election campaign, would anyone like me to assemble a monthly bibliography of online resources about significant events for that period of the war? I don't wish to replace print sources, of course--holding an iPod screen up in lieu of a period newspaper just won't cut the mustard--but a surprising amount of background material is available online, especially when multiple people want to look at it at the same time.

For instance, I'm reading General Cox's memoirs of the West Virginia campaign right now--not so easy to get via interlibrary loan, available for a mouse click from Project Gutenberg.
