Forrest's Congressional Investigation

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the US Congressional investigative report that was issues regarding the 1871 Congressional investigation conducted by William Sherman against General Forrest? I need the acutal wording of the original document, not someone's interperatation of the proceedings. Thanks for anyone's help in this.
