While I no special interest or connection to Mississippi during the Civil War, I want to thank you for posting interesting, well written, and thoroughly researched articles on your blog. Your blog is an enjoying read and I hope others here on the AC will read some of the articles. Please keep the articles coming. Your blog has earned a spot among a small handful of other history related blogs on my favorites. Thank You.

      Jeff,

Your blog is a real treat for those of us who possess a passion for studying about soldiers from the Magnolia State during the War. Thank you for sharing, Comrade!
