Thought I'd post a link here to information on George B. Fitzgerald, the prisoner I'll be portraying at the Immortal 600 event at Ft. Pulaski, Georgia in 2007. The folks here and on the Off Topic Boys have been helpful with look-ups and suggestions, which I've appreciated greatly.

By coincidence, he turned out to have served in the same regiment as my great great grandfather, the 41st Virginia Infantry, something I didn't know when I selected him to research.
