Probably "Pearl Stone Ware"; Podmore, Walker & Company. Tunstall, England. 1865-66.

I have four sets of images for these examples. I may have attached a stock image rather than an older one done by us. The backdrop is similar to one we use. So forgive me if I posted the image from a museum collection rather than the privately owned set. The vases and the descriptions are all identical. - BGB
