It was west of Alexandria, just a little north of the Cameron River, on the Little River Turnpike.
This 1861 map http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.gmd/g3883f.cw0536500 shows it marked as "Clouds" (almost looks like "Chouds"). Alexandria is at the center bottom, so zoom in there and then look a little directly above it. The map is sideways.
This 1864 map http://hdl.loc.gov/loc.gmd/g3883f.cw0493000 is more professionally drawn and has more surrounding things labelled. The area you're looking for is a little bit to the right of the central fold, and about 1/4 of the way up from the bottom. Again, if you can find Alexandria in the lower right quadrant, you can work your way west, and it's marked "Clouds Mills" on this one.
