Free Access to Alexander Street's Civil War Collections
Re: Free Access to Alexander Street's Civil War Collections
I must agree that this is a great resource. I did not know for example, Davis sent a commissioner to D.C. in the early days of the Confederacy.
Very great and interesting resources which I hope all on the forum are reading.
Sincerely,

Hmm...I guess I posted this in the wrong place......I put the information up about this resource a week ago..hope people do use it, since it is an excellent resource, and free through the end of April. I believe they only market to libraries and consortium, so I'm not sure you could subscribe as an individual.
