Over 15 years ago we purchased Robert A. Hogaboom's Civil War material. This was one of a number of his letters. He was from Oneida, Illinois. We still have a few misc. items including some Knights Templar pieces, a few more letters (most to him from home), odd relics he mailed home, and some family cdvs that came with the lot. He later served with the 66th USCT as a Sergeant in the later part of the conflict. An iteresting letter that tells of items he was in need of while in the 124th Illinois Volunteers
