Don't know if this goes to grand lodge or if you all can answer this. There are about 20 brothers in our Washington State organization and we would like to get a meeting or roundtable going like they had during the Civil War. So first do you all hold lodge at your events? And two how do you go about doing this? Thanks for you time.

Re: Lodge at Events
Jason,
If you actually open lodge, you'll need a traveling dispensation from the Grand Lodge in the state where the event is. You can however meet to practice without this dispensation, but you don't actually open or do lodge work. I am unfamiliar with rules in Washington state, but contacting your Grand Lodge will yield the answers you are looking for.

Re: Lodge at Events
Jason,
I know this thread is a little old but I was wondering if anything came of your idea to hold a lodge meeting at a WCWA event?? I'm new to the AC forum, so I'm reading a lot of past threads at the moment. I think you've had a great idea...
Thanks...[B][I]W.J. McRobbie
