The OSF survived into the 1920's, and reportedly recorded two sides for Columbia in 1924 (apparently prior to leader J. A. Pattee's death that same year at age 80).
A Google search pulled other information and images, especially on this page:
I don't possess the "sides" reportedly recorded by the OSF. However, I do own an original 78 of Don Richardson (1878-1953) playing "Arkansas Traveller" and "Old Zip Coon." These recordings were made for Columbia in April 1916 and, from what I can tell, are among the earliest recorded examples of country fiddling.
