Here is the proposed schedule for the conference. This year we will be holding our event in cooperation with the Antietam Music Weekend. We will do the banjos, Wildcat band will do the brass and there may be some shape note singers as well.
This is a conference so not all participants will be in period clothing. Those who do wear period clothing will be held to standards of authenticity. Only FULL impressions will be allowed (no part period, part modern). All impressions should be confined to the period before 1865. Military and civilian impressions are welcome. Banjos for all period impressions must be correct to the impression period and persona. If you are in doubt about your banjo, please contact me offline. For those in period dress, there will be opportunities to perform short mini-concerts in the Dunker Church on Saturday in addition to the concert Sunday.
