Written down primarily by Charles Henke, Instuctor of the Fife at Governor's Island. Was forwared to Sylvester Churchill, who wanted to revise Scott's Tactics. Probably created in 1858.

I also posted this over at cwreenactors.com. The first thing I noticed was the similarity to Strube's 1869 manual for the first 3 tunes of the reveille. So I have also attached a side by side comparison of 3 Camps, Slow Scotch and Austrian.
