I would (courteously) suggest that 19pp is all there is. Consider: the front and back covers show the same discoloration; p19 is on the inside of the back cover. It's marked "Abridged" at the top of the front cover. It's 30 cents cheaper than the 59pp version, in which (p26) the identical beating is called "Rosebud Reel". To avoid confusion with "Montezuma", which I heard is sometimes called "Paradiddle", I (courteously) propose "Rosebud" to be the alternate title.
