That's money! Beyond the visuals, I personally think that is a fantastic picture since I was for several years a social member* of Vigilance Hose Company No.1 of Nazareth, PA.
*and by that I mean, of course, drinking lots of cheap beer, eating pickled eggs, and playing punch cards at the bar...
Nobody there looked as dignified as this chap.
