Western Soldiers with Civilian Rifles

Hey, a few years ago I came across a website with a Photograph of 3 Western soldiers (federals) and all three were armed with Civilian Rifles from home. But i went back trying to find this picture but I have had no luck in finding it again. If anyone knows where to find this photograph please let me know id very much appriciate it. Thanks.
