I found this photo and it is labeled as "Double Armed Sailor This jaunty gent shows us his pistol and while his sword hangs from his side. He wears the 1866 blouse and one corner of the card is a bit weak. A really nice portrait with no back mark"

It looks more like a Garabaldi outfit.

I will also attach a photo of Galabaldi.
