It worked for me by right clicking and then choosing the open picture in new window option.

It is in the same location, but I believe actually on the same side, slightly further to the south (towards Lookout Mtn.).I assume this by judging the location of Lookout Mtn. in the first, and Cameron Hill in the second. That's Cameron hill in the right background on the second image. With the distance of the city at the far right, I don't believe that, that is the corner of the depot from the first photo. As shown, the first photo is believed to be in 64', not prisoners, but potential Fed. soldiers on leave, either coming or going thru Chattanooga .Which was discussed a few years ago.
