    In the higher resolution version it appears that the guy on the right has two internal coat pockets. I don't think I have seen that before.

      I would also agree it looks post war but can anyone make it out what they are both holding onto?

          Even though I won't be wearing a kepi very much, I'm going to have to remember this thread and those photos. Thanks for bringing it up!
