    Wanta take a crack at this one? Picked up at an Antique shop. 1/6 plate cased Fero... Calvary or miners?
    The fellow on the left seems to have a very interesting pattern to his coat.

        From the mat I would date this to the late 1850s to early 1860s. Are those military buttons on the fellow on the left? Even if they are not military, it is a great image of working class men.

          I'm wondering if they aren't some of Morgan's raiders being incarcerated at Camp Douglas. Attached is a very similar photo of some others.
