I've been looking at the Ryan's high resolution pictures and love being able to check out all the details. Since Greg threw out some pictures of the "mystery man", I thought I'd ask this question.
I've always seen these two pictures but have never read anything linking them. The first image is of the Walker Brothers, Calvin H. and James S. Walker both members of the 3rd Tennessee Infantry. The 3rd was captured at Fort Donelson and sent to Camp Douglas(I have a book on the 3rd with this image on the cover, and can not find it since moving).
Now this second image I have read as "Confederate Prisoners", "Tennessee Prisoners in Camp Douglas".
Now to me 2nd row, 2nd person from the left looks like Calvin Walker, and the back row 4th from the left looks like James. Has anyone read anything different or confirming this?
Also does anyone know where I can find a high resolution picture of the "prisoner" image?
