It is from the Library of Congress titled "Brandy Station, Va. Tent of A. Foulke, Sutler, at headquarters of 1st Brigade, Horse Artillery" with a date of February 1864.

False boots, cigar, tent rope details.
The trash and torn up muddy ground tells a story of the many men living in the area.
In case someone wants to see the stamp on the tent. Can anyone read it?
