Private Edward Spangler, Co E, 130th Pennsylvania Infantry. Enlisted at age 16. This was a nine month regiment raised in August 1862, it saw it's first action at Antietam at the Bloody Lane as part of French's 2nd Corps division. Leggings! And a dark overcoat or maybe some sort of rubber or oilcloth?
