  • Question on this Jenkin's Ferry website about an image

I'd appreciate if anyone has any information regarding the images linked in this website below. It indicates that it is Robert Manning Rodgers of the 26th Arkansas Infantry. He was the brother of my direct ancestor (Geo. Washington Carpenter - half brother) and he mentions all the brothers in his memoirs who lived in Noxubee MS before the war. Almost all of them were killed and Robert lost his arm at Jenkin's Ferry. They all served in Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama regiments. I'd like to know who owns this image and if it is in a public or private collection. If there are other items etc. Or at least even confirm it is Robert Manning Rodgers. Thanks for any help.

Interesting image as according to his memoir he enlisted after one of his brothers was killed at Prairie Grove, AR and enlisted to take his place in the company. His oldest half brother was in this company as well. So if this is him it would be probably an 1863 or later image.
