I certainly doubt I have uncovered a hidden gem on the internet, but I searched the name of the site here and nothing came up...
Remains To Be Seen
They are in the business of selling vintage photographs and their collection is amazing. Many of their photos are categorized into different groups such as occupational, weddings, and theatre. The collection is not limited to Civil War Era photographs but the majority of what I have seen seems to lie within the greater "era".
I have attached a few of my favorites. Not sure if the occupational image is post-war... if so, it is still a great image. I could sit here and attach great pictures all night... I really do suggest that you bookmark this site and browse their vast and amazing collection.
