I believe that its the 95th Pennsylvania, Gosline's Zouaves. IIRC, this image was brought up in a thread about bayonet scabbards, but Im not sure right now.

Same guy with the dress hat brass on his forage cap appears to have a tompkin in his Lorenz (others also). The rifle slings are very clear -- even one man carrying his weapon by the sling.
I love all the detail close ups. I seem to remember this photo coming up before and someone talking about the Lorenze bayonets not fitting in the Springfield scabbards correctly.
