CS Manufacture .58 Ca. Cartridge Box - ID'd to Pvt. L.H. Grant, Company E, 3d SC Reserves. Unique example of a late war manufactured box with unpainted and crude canvas sling. The original lead closure finial is missing but lead residue is present. Single tin. Possible Charleston or Augusta manufacture.
