    A good number of the men in Company B used canteen halves. The commissary did not cook the mens rations.

      Yep, a number of boys carried canteen halves in the Kisatchie. I carried a small original pie pan. So, what about it? The thread is on carrying period untensils, not an argument about whether canteen halves are over-represented or not.

      Time to close this thread before it gets ridiculous.
