1816 Springfield musket conversion

I'm looking for someone who sells a converted cone-in-barrel defarbed version of an 1816 Springfield Musket. I can only find the Colt conversions. Also, if you know someone who can make a cone-in-barrel 1816 or a gunsmith who can do the work on an 1816 flintlock and make it into a cone-in-barrel conversion, any would be great help.
