I'd like to stencil/label some 5-lbs. sacks for coffee, sugar, flour, etc. for fixed camp (not for campaign). But I don't know that such small sacks were actually issued, or if so, what stenciling/labeling might have been used on them.
Does anyone care to comment on how loose commisary items were issued to companies, and then divided up by mess while in fixed camp?
Any photgraphs of sacks with labels?
