Hey,
I've been trying to figure out what the boards on a Short's knapsack should look like. So far all I have found is this description "The wooden strips were curved, thin and light, and not fastened together, but easily adjusted." I found that in an article, it may Be from Lord's.
Do the boards curve to your back vertically? Are they cut out for your back to fit into horizontally? Or is it something entirely different altogether?
Your input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
