Leathers for the Army of the Potomac

I was wondering if someone could tell me the providers of the accoutrements for the Army of the Potomac and more specifically...Pennsylvania troops. I see some makers like on the C & D Jarnagin site but I want to make sure they were true and for the units that I portray...the 72nd PA and 95th PA. I looked up the Allegheny Arsenal and it said that it mostly provided for western troops.

Not being a master of Federal accoutrements I would refer you to Robert Serio of Missouri Boot & Shoe.
