  • Naval Single Stick

I had at one time, a pattern for making the handguards for a wooden single stick (cutlass drill) out of leather. Like most things in my memory, I seem to have misplaced it. Does anyone have that image???? Thanks.

Pattern and instructions are on Pages 196 and 197 of Handbook for Civil War Naval Reenactors by C.L. Veit and R.W. Kuchera, Fourth Edition. The book is available at www.usnlp.org
