I think I have a "Campaigner College" handbook somewhere from a weekend that Jim did at Pickett's Mill back in early 2000's. I highly suggest you participate in these classes. Everyone can learn something new and then pass the info on to other enactors.

I'm looking forward to this, just getting back into the hobby after 20 years. I couldn't pass up all the 150th events here in Georgia this year. Lots of things I need to catch up on, some of my kit has been upgraded as of late and the rest will be as funds come along.
I've kept up with the hobby over the years and been a member here 3 years and really like how the campaigner and progressive side of the hobby has grown since I was active and I really enjoy classes like this, I plan on picking up a handbook also.

Just curious as to what type of material is contained in the book? I am new to the hobby and will be attending Resaca with the people that got me into it. It seems like some folks are already familiar with it.

The book covers NCO/Drill topics, Fieldcraft topics, Civilian topics…all in equal measure. It also includes an NCO Syallabus at the end.
