Nolan Cobb Kepi

I recently saw some pretty nice looking kepis in the Regimental Quartermaster store at Gettysburg. They said they were made by someone named Nolan Cobb. I have never heard of this maker and was wondering if anyone else on here had any experience with him or knew how to get in touch with him. Some of the kepis can be viewed on the Regimental Quartermaster website under "campaigner" gear. Who is Nolan Cobb??
