Hey all!
Who makes a good frying pan these days? Pan should have a riveted handle or a correct folding handle. If it was based on a museum piece that would be preferable. I don't know what the standard diameters should be, but if I can document I would like something small for practicality, I would say about 6" maybe 7" at largest.
