Bugler manual of arms?

Hello everybody, I am in the process of learning as much as I can about my new impression as an infantry bugler and I can't seem to find any information on a sort of "Manual of Arms" for buglers with regards to standing/resting/presenting positions as well as position locations on the parade and battlefield. What little information I have found on the web provides no sources of information, just hearsay. I've searched here and found nothing on the topic, are there any knowledgeable buglers still poking around on here that could help a newbie out with this (and other) questions?
