I am aware of the web version of Casey's Infantry Tactics that is available online, but am looking for something slightly more suitable for print. Is there an electronic print version of Casey's available...in pdf format for example?

I don't immediately know of any although one possibility might be to contact "University Microfilms International" (aka "Proquest Information and Learning") to see if this item has ever been microfilmed/digitized:

Proquest regularly does this with theses/dissertations and I believe has (or is) doing it with various Civil War regimental histories.

Maybe converting Casey's to pdf would be a good project for me some weekend :)
