  • canteen halfs

Hello all, I am a long time reader and first time poster.

I just recently bought a canteen half because I was tired of waiting for my pards to finish there cooking before I could use there skillet. A canteen half seemed to be the easiest alternative for my problem, but how common i.e. authentic where they for a western federal? Also, I have seen people put the canteen half over there canteen, I have looked for pictures of this and have not ever seen this being done but it would make perfect sense to put the canteen half over the canteen.

I am trying to improve my impression everyday, so any help and or criticism is good :wink_smil

    Reading II.28, II.30, II.31, III.4, III.5, and III.18 would no doubt help you tremendously.
