Packing a Kibbler

I was just wondering for all of those who have Kibbler packs, how do you pack yours?

Blanket and ground sheet goes on the blanket side and everything else on the envelope side. Exception is when rain threatens - fold the groundsheet between the halves or under the straps on the back for quick retrieval. Remember to ensure no hard item is placed in the envelope side against your back. Pack your skillet, if you have one, between the halves. Use the chest strap.

Hey Andrew I line my blanket up with my pack long ways, fold it so that it is the same size as the pack in width, then fold it length ways so that it's the same height of the bag ( from the top of the bag to the bottom), put your socks, candles, or sleeping cap, in the last fold so that they are furtherest away from your back.

I criss cross my straps on the back because they have a tendency to fall outward if not.

That's how I do it. My pack usually weigh's in around 13 #s

Thanks, this helps a lot. I've just made the switch from the Doublebag to the Kibbler. Some say it doesn't hold as much as the Doublebag but I was able to fit everything from my Doublebag into it.
