Looking for a federal unit in Washington State

Washington state does not have a large number of units and most that I have witnessed don't seem to care much for authenticity and focus on the more obscure or famous units so at a single event you will see the Federals portrayed as US Marines in white pants, 2nd USSS, Garibaldi Guards, 76th Penn. Zouaves, so on and so forth with very few "generic" looking northerners.

If anyone is aware of a "progressive" unit in Washington State, I would like to get in touch with them.
