Greetings all!
I'm a member of the recently created Reenactors Club at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. We are made up of men and women and a couple of us (myself and another) are seasoned reenactors. The rest are newbies that are very excited about the hobby. The newbies went to Cedar Creek a couple weeks ago as their first event and had a blast!
We have connections with a Federal unit in the area that is willing to let us fall in with them and help take some newcomers under their wing, but we have yet to locate a Confederate unit. If you are in a unit that is willing to adopt some good, honest college kids and let us fall in with you or you know of a unit that is willing to do this, please contact me!
