Looking for Engineers

I am getting back into the hobby slowly after a sabbatical due to family affairs and school. I am looking for an engineer unit. Do any exist, Federal or Confederate? All of my other impressions are engineer related as military engineering and siege warfare are my primary historical interests. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
