Seeking all able-bodied men to join the proud ranks of the Stonewall Brigade to begin our 1862 Campaign Season!
The men of the 4th Virginia, Company A, are in search of any fellow progressive, history enthusiast wishing to join our unit for this upcoming campaign season. We are a progressive group; however, we take a laid back approach and don't believe in the "in your face" approach to stressing our high standards of trying to present an authentic impression of our forefathers. We ask you to join us in honoring those brave lads who fought this horrific conflict.
The 4th VA is an infantry mess, that belongs to the Stonewall Brigade, which, in turn, falls under the Southern Division. Our members are predominantly in the Northern Virginia/Maryland area; however, we have some members that travel as far away as Colorado for the large events and welcome all who are like-minded. Although we strive for authenticity, we also ensure that we have a good time, which is a key to our success.
Although we predominately represent the impression of the 4th Virginia, and Stonewall Brigade, we have represented many different units including units from Mississippi and Alabama during this last 61 campaign year.
If you are interested in joining this outgoing and friendly group of men, please see the attached flyer for contacts, or feel free to private message me and I can put you in touch with the leadership. For those that join, we all keep in touch through our unique user-group forum which is incredible for keeping everyone up-to-date on the unit information flow.
