    Looking for progressive Federal unit near Richmond.

    I will be moving to Richmond, VA in December and would really like to find an authentic Federal unit to join up with. I have been researching this for several years but have been unable to make a commitment for several reasons - I am now in a position where I would like to jump in with a hardcore unit that will show me the ropes.
