Hello,
I will be in Kennesaw Georgia on April 2nd and will be there until the mourning of April 5th. I would love to visit Cascade Springs Nature Preserve where the Battle of Utoy Creek was fought and get some pictures of the Confederate Earth Works.
However, I don't know the area that well and hear that it is in kind of a bad neighborhood. It is also heavily wooded which it wasn't back during the battle and I am afraid that I will not be able to find the earth works without help. I have contacted several places but no one seems to be offering tours or are unable to help those days.
This is something that I would really like to do so if anyone in the area is willing to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
