Gents,
Here's a nice eastern CS officer's saddle up for sale now at Old South Angtiques. I won't bore you with the details or comment on it. Take a look for yourself and see what you think.......Comments?
PS: Just so everyone is on board here....I am not promoting this saddle as a "sale item" (I have no dog in that fight) but rather for historical review and comment. CS saddles for sale "anywhere" are rare.
On another note, I know of at least one more CS "Mac" for sale out there now and a Jenifer that both just surfaced both from a private collection. I have photos of one but hope to get photos of the Jenifer and gain permission to post them here very soon.
