One other thought after looking at the image again and noticing his rifle. What about carbine style sling? His rifle does have the hardware on the butt. Although, it still seems a bit narrow. Hope this LH pans out. Very much looking forward to it!

      Re: Wilders Impression at Chickamauga??

      Guys,

In the past I have helped with the purchase of Spencers and Henrys at cost. Last was a group buy arranged by Matt Woodburn for Henrys, Tripp Corbin for Spencers and prior to that with the Critters on an individual basis for Spencer carbines. If any of you want to pursue this impression I can save you a few hundred dollars on the purchase of a Spencer Rifle if any are available from the distributor. These rifles will have to ship to an FFL near you for pickup.

One or two in this thread have bought their Spencers or Henrys from me with this type arrangement.
