Not a whole lot in this one, but some of it is interesting. I find the funds request interesting, If I read it right then it looks like individual commanders were doing their own contracting for repairs and for new gear, and then getting commutation funds for it. There is a nice ordnance issue to Humes' Division in Nov. 1864.
