I found these in the papers of Capt. A. Pope, a ordnance officer who spent time in Florida and Georgia. I know it's kinda limited, but there is some interesting things in it, Like the 99 Kerr Pistols issued in 1863 and mentions of Columbus Arsenal carbines.
