Another regiment which I had had trouble finding records for. This Regiment was first commanded by the G Grandfather of the famous writer William Faulkner.
Of note here are this issue of 300 "Enfield Artillery Rifles" at the end of June. In another thread I had found were those rifles were turned over to Lt. Hay, the brigade ordnance officer, but now we've found which regiment got the rifles, and it turns out to be the 1st MS PR, which replaced the Muskets and Austrian Rifles the regiment had been equipped with.
